We left before placing an order because we saw the person who was serving handling cash, not washing hands, and then started making drinks; thus contaminating the the cups and all the other items. The other member of staff was making iced coffees, and had hot water pouring in the sink the whole time (about 5 minutes we were queueing) literally pouring profits down the drain, and a waste of resources to heat the water.

The staff here are the best, there always polite helpful they know what coffee I want and it's always waiting for me.
We used to be regulars at leat 2 times a week. Very unfortunately one guy is so proud of himself he thinks he his prime minister, his attitude is really bad. It ruins the whole experience when the fatty professor is standing there and telling me where to stand and sit. We already placed an order but we felt so uncomfortable we decided to leave it and go across the road to Starbucks. Now we are regulars there, they lost a costumer and I’m sure many more would agree.
