Brand new Costa Coffee for Saltash, despite there are some Costa Express in town already, this new brach brings a more personalised service than the Express machines in town. Place looks very trendy and staff very helpful. Lets see what Coca cola brings new for this brand, now that they bought it. They have a drive thru which opens at 5.30 am and closes at 22.30, for those in a hurry.

Great place to relax and have a coffee
credit where credit is due, WITHOUT DOUBT THIS IS THE BEST COSTA IN THE WESTCOUNTRY, Rob who I have got to know since opening the Saltash branch is clearly a very experienced people Manager, his team are million percent engaged, Rob is always leading from the front, he is constantly communicating with staff, customers making drinks and keeping the whole place spotless, I hope someone very high up in Costa gets to read this as the Manager is a million miles above any other managers I have witnessed in the hospitality industry or within Costa , you are very lucky to have him, you can clearly see he has installed his passion in his team the whole place is AMAZING, Thank you.
The drive through is very good
Usual Costa refinements but coffee here is never very hot. Why does coffee temp vary from outlet to outlet. Coffee at NEXT outlet considerably hotter and Marsh Mills units are similar but this one is definitely cooler. Same problem on several visits to Saltash Costa as it's my local.
