Ever since it has opened most of the staff have all been jolly and happy, and during covid when they have been extremely busy, through the drive through they are still upbeat and jolly. Of all the costas I have frequented this has prbably the nicest people in.

Its quicker to park up and go in for your coffee than to sit in the drive thru but costa coffee always taste great!

Went in today and was rather shocked at how staff were behaving around covid. I got kinda shouted at by one staff member for not having my face mask on properly which it was. Same staff member shouted at another lady from behind the counter who was just coming in the door whilst putting on her mask. Another guy at the till jokingly told the staff member to chill out a bit or go home if she was so unhappy. Another staff member then piped up and said they all wanted to go home due to covid but then asked who was going to make the coffee. Not unpleasant but not the happiest of environments.
