The least enjoyable buying experience I can remember. My husband has bought 3 bikes now from Cotswold and this last time he might as well have been a time-waster for the apathy we received from the sales team throughout the process. No interest, no care, no attention, just another sale. We have been loyal to Cotswold for many years, and the service / parts department are great, but sales needs an overhaul, starting with some interest in their own product.

Delivered on a flat bed by BMW assistance, from Hereford, following a rear puncture that was not repairable. Service department were already aware of my problem and I requested both tyres be replaced. These were ordered and a loan bike provided to get me home. Visited a couple of days after as agreed to collect my bike. Excellent service, friendly and helpful.

Firstly, a thousand apologies for this long overdue review but I’ve only just stepped into the 21st century! I bought my dream motorcycle BMW 1250 GSA from BMW Cotswold Motörrad and was assisted by salesman Simon who was very Professional and helpful, he made the process from start to finish seamless.... well it would have been had COVID 19 not hit the world when it did! Unfortunately I had a lengthy wait for my new motorcycle but a special thanks to Alex ( Sales Manager ) who kept me updated throughout the whole process in Simons absence and putting my mind at ease. He went out of his way to assist and make the experience truly worthy of the highly acclaimed BMW brand. I can’t thank you enough Alex for all your help and more importantly going the extra mile meeting all the promises made fitting extras on my GS.... you are a honest gentleman and a credit to BMW Cotswold Motorrad, superb effort, this is what customer service is all about. Truly proud of my new BMW R1250 GSA, I highly recommend this dealer, everybody their are exceptional!
