I was pleasantly surprised for the genuine help from a member of staff in the upstairs clothing department. I wasn't really sure exactly what I needed as I wanted to be covered in many ways. The lady was very patient in helping and gave advice on different clothing , makes and layers for winter. After some time I left with everything that I required and I also went downstairs and had similar experience. If asked staff do have time and experience for you. After 4 months of wearing clothing I'm still very pleased. Thanks for all the help. Much appreciated

The amazing gentleman Dominick Francis served us and I have to say that he is the best! Never has anyone given in so much effort and time to explain what the correct shoe should be like. He made me try dozens of trainers , run on the treadmill and listen to what my thoughts and concerns were. A true salesman and a very polite person. He went an extra mile for me and i have never been served by anyone like this before. Dominick is the person you should be looking for in this store!!! Thank you so much for your time Dominick. You are a star , we are all coming back for our next pair to this one place only!

Really helpful sales assistant, helped me find the right walking boots. Very patient and knowledgeable, advised me on a number of options, explaining the pros and cons of each and took time to make sure the fit and feel was correct. Settled on the Scarpas in the end.
