Two visits in a week to get our Vitality half price discount on running shoes. My husband had a brilliant running gait test to get the correct running shoes today. Then we saw a significantly discounted ex display shelter. We have been visiting during covid 19 restrictions. They are counting us in and out and following good safety practice. We have had fantastic service each time from all of the staff. Well worth travelling to.

Super shop, I had a very small issue with a Rab coat that I purchased, and the manager Paul and his team went above and beyond to resolve it for me. Even emails in the evening. I will be using them again without doubt.

I’m a first time runner, weighing 117kg and I really needed a serious pair of running shoes for my marathon because I’ve been getting bad pains all up my kinetic chain. Conor assessed my gait pattern and directed me towards a great pair of shoes that I run in comfortably. He’s the most friendliest, keen and enthusiastic salesmen I’ve ever met. He was doing so well juggling 3-4 clients at the same time because they were so short staffed, whilst sorting out the coffee machine and giving out coffees to clients
