Leased a car (Q5) from Coulsdon Audi, overall a very good experience. Dropped an inquiry via chat, was followed up promptly by Sat Krishnakumar by phone. That car was gone but they had a similar spec one in stock. Since then the communication was brilliant and managed to complete the deal in around a week. All paperwork managed via emails, and discussions through phone conversations. In addition, agency uses video messaging which I thought was quite useful as I could see who Sat was; and he was able to send a detailed handover video walking through all commonly used functions of the car. Value wise, I was on a tight timescale as was going to handover my current vehicle back soon. Considering that I believe I have got a reasonable price. Only thing was a minor annoyance - charge for delivery (even during COVID-19!!), all leased vehicles are delivered free of charge, and collected too. Not the same with Coulsdon. However, return is a few years away so will cross that bridge when we come to it!

If I could have put minus star, I would have!!! By far the worst experience I have ever experienced from the automotive industry. To summarise they sent me back my car with scratches all over the panels which they worked on. They knew they scratched the car and still were happy for me to receive this back. Now on to sorting out the issue. It’s been two months since I notified them, and they still have not arranged for me to drop of my car. Despite me having to chase them weekly. I have had to resort to getting the issue sorted by an Audi approved garage which they will reimburse, SHOCKING. -POOR COMUNICATION - POOR WORKMANSHIP - GO KINGSTON AUDI INSTEAD, MUCH BETTER SERVICE.

Me and my partner just bought an Audi Q3 from this Audi branch and have been very impressed with the whole process. We were able to get our car within two days (which was over a Sunday and bank holiday, during a pandemic). They have been very good with answering any questions that we have had in regards to how things work in the car and the plans we have in place, even after the sale of the car they have still be super helpful. I can't give them enough praise, especially Clive who was our sales representative, he's been wonderful. Thanks so much, we love our new car.

Really happy with my Audi Q5 purchased a few months ago. Very helpful team helped me with every step of the buying process got a good test drive in and weren't pushy in the slightest. Have had no problems with the car and will be using them for servicing etc. Thanks very much!
