Good communication from Matt throughout. His team coped well with the Covid 19 restriction at the supported housing where the flat was located. They left the flat clean and tidy and also cleaned the communal areas they had passed through. An important touch was that Matt distributed the usable items to charities of our choice, especially as these were not able to collect during the restrictions. Recommended.
