Both our dogs love this kennels and can't wait to get in there! They look just as happy when they come out and aren't dull or depressed as they have been elsewhere. We must have visited close to a dozen times now and never had any issues. You just need to be aware of opening times as with any kennels and make sure you visit between those times. We have never had a problem with dropping off or collecting.

Not quite a professional approach to the client. The deal was on a given date, 3 days before I went to confirm the reservation everything was up to date. We bring the dog at an agreed date and the kennel is closed, no one is there, and no one receives the phone .... I do not recommend this place
My dog was very happy to be here. Great staff and great duty of care.
I have been taking my pets here for 15 years - the staff are friendly and attentive and I can feel confident the animals are well cared for. When my lurcher was getting older she became increasingly fussy with eating and at the kennels, she was given lots of individual attention.
