We ordered some windows and a front door just before lockdown we'd previously visited the showroom and had a good idea of what we wanted. We had to wait a much longer time for their installation because of Covid but when they were finally installed the team did a lovely job and cleaned up after themselves. Having read some of the other reviews we feel that we also need to add that the salesman who visited us wasn't pushy, indeed he came back to us with the quote the day after the visit. We would recommend County.

County Windows sent one of their staff around to look at my bedroom window. Whilst he was here he stole jewellery from my bedroom. I am 76 years old and it was a wedding ring that meant everything to me. I am most heartbroken and I don't know what to do. Please be careful with this company. They charged me 7400 for a 3 windows which did seem quite expensive, then stole from me when I asked them to fix one as it didn't work properly.

Pushy salesperson. Sexist, asked several times for the ‘man of the house’ to make decisions! Old school double glazing sales. Picked a figure out of thin air for a quote, then magically reduce it by thousands to appear like it is a good deal. Rude about other local companies. These were Apple home improvements, just renamed but not improved!

Be very wary of this company - When I went in it just before lockdown with a problem with my conservatory - it was the same faces involved with building of the conservatory 2 Years ago - then under the name of Apple Panels limited. Just a new company name. Google them people!!! Our conservatory had lots of issues during construction and has leaked every time it rains. Turns out the clowns used felt for flashing rather than lead!!
