Fabulous Pilates classes conducted by The Instructress. Excellent tuition provided with wit and humour.
Great therapists and instructors. Always manage to get me back on my feet. I've used the physiotherapy and it has been excellent. I now attend Pilates classes and the gym is well equipped and the instructors are great. They cater to your objectives for attending the classes, they are knowledgeable but thankfully for me are also very humourous.
Professional well trained practitioners. 20 years I've been visiting for various treatments. 10/10
