From the start of the process when we started to look at fabrics and wallpapers right through to fitting we had an A* service from Ahmed and his team. Every aspect of the service we received was amazing. As we where doing a complete renovation our plans changed through the process, but we never felt like we where being a nuisance. By the time we finished we ordered wallpapers, curtains, roller blinds, voiles, and Roman blinds. The quality of the fabrics is amazing! The fitters were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Couture Living if your looking for a top quality service with a stunning look.

We were provided with a range of different ideas which we had not considered; the measurements were very precise and accurate; and the fitters did a fantastic job. Perfect Customer support and stunning product. The staff listened and responded to my requirements quickly, professionally and with respect. Instead of the normal "pencil" or "pinch" pleats we decided to go with the contemporary "wave" heading which we had seen in a hotel. The staff explained the various options and confirmed the quality of their work including weights sewn into the bottom of these voile curtains (to hang evenly and give that uniform "wave" - please see picture attached!). We were kept up to date throughout the process including the couriers expected delivery timelsot. The curtains were beautifully packaged and arrived in perect condition. We ordered lounge and bedroom curtains from Couture Living. Order process is extremely straightforward with extensive choice in colours and fabric. We ordered made to measure as we have large windows which means we can't buy straight forward curtains, we didn't order any samples and instead just went for it and we certainly were not disappointed with the end result. The curtains arrived beautifully boxed and not a crease in sight, the fabric, colour and finish truly exceptional. You can tell a lot of care and attention go into making these curtains and now we have found Couture Living, we won't be using anyone else.

Ordered a pair of midnight blue curtains with blackout lining, amid lockdown. The team were very helpful on the phone when I was asking questions prior to ordering, and the information flow regarding fabric delivery, making and delivery of curtains was on point. The curtains look slightly lighter in colour than I had thought from the website, perhaps because they have a slight sheen, but that's not an issue, they look great. Very nicely made and presented, with metal curtain hooks also inserted, which made life easy. Perfect fit to the specification. Very pleased.
