First time at the garage. They were very helpful when booking I was impressed with their communication throughout including a video of MOT issues that were found. Replaced Tyres and re Mot's same day which caused a delay in collection but fair enough, they were helpful and efficient! Had expected better of the cleaning service which inside didn't look to have taken place at all including leaving a piece of paper which showed where the cockpit had been sanitised but as it was still covered in dust i'm not sure it was done and then the external wash which heavily watermarked and was actually slightly worse than when it was when it went in! Also a new scratch on the boot. I'm not overly precious but i was a little underwhelming! Overall, nice people and good quality workmanship but the cleaning service is dire.

Bought an Audi A3 from Listers Coventry, had a lovely experience from Shatish. I was a little upset that there was a chip on the windscreen which had been noticed in the MOT which Shatish claimed 'he just noticed'. Nevertheless, he was kind enough to discount the car further by 150 which was a great goodwill gesture. Will definitely buy again from here!
Worst experience ever. Highly not recommend to have a business with Coventry site. Went for diagnostic took a car for 8h. After try to prove me that just to find the issue will cost 541. So why you are making diagnostic at all if issue is not found actual anyway?After that went to local service and diagnostic didin’t cost anything as no fault has been found. It was enought just to reset. Want to loose your money? Feel free to do.
As always, a very professional establishment with a 5* customer care always in mind. I felt comfortable straight from the go 1st thing in the morning. I was looked after very well by Ronan who was very well mannered and dealt with me with respect. Thank you very much for the fantastic loan car and service to my wife's A5 convertible. Very impressed!!!

The service at Audi in Coventry is always spectacularly good. I had my service last Friday, I think the guy who looked after me was called Mark (sorry can’t remember exactly!) but he was so polite. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
I would like to thank Mark Smith (service advisor) for his exceptional service. I have serviced my vehicle at a number of main dealerships and always been met with below average care, this was not the case at Listers Audi Coventry.. As soon as I had a discussion with Mark he was able to advise all the work needed. The service itself was one of the most in-depth ones checking everything throughout and offering optional work over an online portal which was very handy while I was working. The car was then cleaned and returned back very promptly. The car is due a Cam belt change / water pump and MOT in the summer and I will be returning back to this dealership for all the work to be completed. Thank you again Mark! Kind Regards Mr A. Bhandal
Amazing hospitality by this audi center . If I'll think about upgrading my car to a newer year in future I'll definitely come back to use their services. Recommend 10 out of 5
