Excellent customer service, always explain what's what and discuss options. Prices are very reasonable. Do have to wait a while as tends to be busy but well worth it in the end. Highly recommend!

Efficient service, faults are explained clearly, advice given on running in new parts and above all else safety is paramount when advising on work that needs doing. If parts aren't in stock they usually operate a next day service.

Always friendly, welcoming and the best prices. Excellent service and what I admire the most is their honesty; if they can do a puncture repair rather than a new tyre they will which is rare nowadays. We will always go to Britannia for everything car related. Thank you so much for all your hard work on our cars over the years. Britainnia tyres is the best!
Quick fix, they care about the customers waiting.. they even made a covid waiting area outside. I ll def go there when need it.
