Right in the middle of this virus thing and I felt totally safe today. The precautions and procedures in place are first class. Chris Lee is a dentist I trust.

On Tuesday 11th August I rang the practice to ask for an appointment as my Crown had broken only to be told I could not be seen as I was a National Health patient not a private patient. I said so a broken Crown is not an emergency. The receptionist said no but I could have been seen had I been a private patient. I rang 111 to be given another dentist who saw me within 3 days. Excellent service. I won’t be going back to Adams and Lee . As this sort of treatment is discriminatory.

Excellent customer service, incredibly friendly staff and dentists who made me feel really comfortable. Booked in for a one-off appointment too which was great as I move around a lot and didn’t want to fully register somewhere. Thank you!
