Excellent service in the showroom; very helpful in assisting us in the type of log-burner would suit our needs. The installation by Aaron and his brother couldn't have been better, very neat and tidy. Couldn't reccommend enough - Have even purchased again for my fathers house.

Outstanding job from these guys. Had to remove an old gas fireplace and fit a new log burner. Minimal disruption from Arron the fitter who was meticulous and extremely tidy as well as being well mannered and polite. Also Raj in the showroom was so helpful and knowledgeable helping us make the right choice. So grateful for all their hard work. Make this place your first stop if considering getting a new log burner.
Absolutely brilliant. From the moment I walked in the store everything was easy! Given clear options, dates which were stuck to and all the info I needed. Fitters were on time and left the house looking as tidy as when they arrived. They were helpful and so polite. Really recommend this company as they clearly know what they're doing.

My husband and I searched around our city for two 'lifelike' electric fires. We are so pleased we used this company. From the moment we initially met Raj and Steve for consultation until the final installation this week the process was so smooth. They and the excellent fitter, Arron, were knowledgeable and friendly. They were attentive to the needs of the customer. We are pleased with the fires and the five year guarantee that came with that particular manufacturer. In the unlikely event that we had a problem or general query we know that we could get back in touch with the guys.
