I've never been witness of such rudeness and ignorancy. First thing wasn't even hello but \whats your reference number\. Customer service line for DHL is honestly horror. I've actually told driver that I will pick up my parcel from depot, then I've found out that depot is in the centre of Coventry, no thank you. I've then rescheduled delivery for today online, and they canceled it without asking... This customer service is disgraceful, I am very much disgusted by behavior of these people. I am not going to use them anymore.
