I had an idea of what I wanted and so I contacted Doodle Build with an initial request and followed it up with a sketched out layout. After a call and making sure we were on the right page, we went through iterations of what was possible and what I wanted. Quick turnaround and flawless delivery and installation, I got more than I could possibly dream of. A very comfortable, warm and engaging space in a 20ft Shipping Container. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to try Doodle Build. I know where my next one is coming from. :) Amazing!!!!

Luke and his team did a great job - you pay a fair price for a standard that is way above the other options we considered. It will give our business a lift having such a superior office.
I could not recommend Doodle Build any more highly. We started our homeless charity with an old double decker bus in a car park. Flash forward 3 years and we have helped over 70 people off the streets. But COVID meant we could not run the charity using communal sleeping on our old bus. The idea of a sleeping pod started as a dream a few years back until COVID meant we needed to accelerate those plans. I tried a number of companies to help us. Doodle Build were not only the best value for money, but they helped us every step of the way in bringing it to a reality. Luke even helped us navigate the planning application we needed by providing detailed CAD drawings and information about insulation and electrical safety. Along with the CAD drawing that Luke produced, he provided a detailed estimate. That estimate was sent off as part of a fundraising application. That application then became a grant. And that is how it became a reality. It’s our new future, and I couldn’t be more proud. Luke is brilliant and a real problem solver, too. He understood our requirements right from the start and helped us to design something that worked within our budget whilst not compromising on the final deliverable. He organised the delivery to site, including the hire of a crane, and provided the unit in a ‘ready to live in’ state including beds and storage. He even had his electrician come along to wire it all up. By far and away the best project handover we’ve experienced. The quality of workmanship is second to none in our opinion because Luke is a perfectionist. If I ever need something like this again, he would be my first port of call. When I asked for Luke’s help with adding a special commemorative sign to the front, he again delivered way beyond my expectations, especially when I ask him if he could make the lights on the bus image light up! He did that...with bells on. Amazing job. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Doodle Build are the only people you should talk to if you are thinking of converting a shipping container. If you aren’t thinking of converting one you definitely should be, the insulation, heating, electrics and plumbing is much better than any log cabin you might get. They design each container directly to your needs. I gave them a brief and they exceeded my dream studio. As I only had a set budget they helped show me how they could keep the price down but still receive a premium bespoke product. The team are really friendly, reasonably and VERY talented. What they do is an artform and has made my business unique, beautiful & blossom.
