Avoid having a boiler fitted with EON! Aftercare is non existent! I would advise you to have your boiler fitted with British Gas as their after care service is a lot better. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I agree completely with all the negative comments. I know we are living in extraordinary times but this is an extraordinarily bad company. We first started the process of having EWI installed in January 2016 and it is not completed satisfactorily yet. During the installation, without any consultation, they replaced the guttering, which didn't actually need changing. However, what they put up was not suitable for the roof pitch and has overflowed ever since. We have spent most of the past year trying to get something done about this. In June, two people from Eon came round, agreed the guttering was wrong and said they would do something. Since then, nothing. They won't answer mails, you can't get through on the phone - hopeless. Once this pandemic is over I too will be looking to take this matter further. Inept is just one word to describe this bunch.

Had a survey done yesterday after quote the surveyor said he can do it for me privately cheaper. So unprofessional will not be dealing with them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No one answers emails, links do not work, phone cuts you off after half an hour, boiler still not fitted months after quotation, despite being paid weeks ago. Totally useless
