Having run a fleet of DAF Trucks we were pleased with the product, but the level of service provided by Ford & Slater in Coventry is poor. Little or no communication, resulting in lost business and men standing around costing us money has resulted in our replacing 66% of the DAF fleet with Volvo and the remainder will also be replaced within the next year. If you're in or around the Coventry area and are considering which make chassis to purchase be very careful as to your choice!
