If I had the ability to rate them with 0 stars I would. There locker broke the day I was supposed to collect it. Ok things go wrong, I understand that. My problem was there customer service team after that point, no communication, it’s up to you to chance them, no sense of urgency to help fix the matter, no apologies for there errors Pacel in the locker on 25-09-19 and collected on 27-10-19 Over a month I will never use InPost again I will never recommend anyone to use InPost
