Had to open a paypal case against them as they have sent me the wrong item and they dont want to admit it even though I have sent screenshots from my emails with Steinberg and pictures with what I have received. I offered them to refund me the upgrade cost not the full refund but yet they dont want to admit their fault at all.
I have used Inta Audio a few times over the years starting with my 1st computer build around 8 odd years ago. Now recently on my 2nd! Always such a cool company to deal with. Their builds are solid and customer service is great! Really fair prices too, no hidden build costs and they go out of their way to help. For me, delivery on all orders has always been on time. Bought an 8 channel amp from them. The price was competitive and delivery fast. Upon install for an exhibition it was noted a channel was not working properly. Given the tight time frames I rang about my options and they organised a replacement and collection straight away. Amazing customer service! Thanks a million
