Bought a car in October and car is working well. Customer care was great prior to buying car (constantly getting calls about the car, videos of the car etc) however customer care after purchase is not of an appropriate standard. It has been 6 months since purchasing and we still have not received our logbook, despite contacting the company 4 times. Company do not seem to give as much consideration or priority to their customers after they have spent a lot of money.

Its very sad to leave a -ve review but i think this dealer will deserve it . I took my Hyundai Genesis to them to fix is they have charged me alot of money plus asking me to buy new battery with 3 years warranty written on it . However they couldn't fix the problem while local garage managed to fix it for only 60 and then when muly battery was still in warranty i called them to say i have checked my battery is gone then they denied 3 years warranty for my car so i have to buy another battery elsewhere. They are ripping my pocket off PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM I have raised this issue with Hyundai UK and they told me Johnson Hyundai manager will call me after 6 weeks im still waiting for their call!!!!!
Awful experience. Brand new car, 2 issues one warranty couldn't fix it in a sensible amount of time. Refused my courtesy car and expected me to walk home and will have to wait ages to get the rubbish car fixed. At the least the staff were nice on the phone. Don't buy thier EV it will likely go wrong.
The courtesy car I was given for the service seemed very unsafe considering the low mileage it had; the car's pedals felt very light, especially the clutch, and it was almost impossible to get the car to reverse once it was in reverse gear. The service was relatively quick which was why I did not mark lower, however in the video that explains what was conducted in the service, I could barely understand what the member of staff was saying. I used this service station for the first time as I have recently moved and this site is now my local, however I definitely preferred the service provided by the Nottingham Bristol Street Motors branch and despite the additional distance I would be more inclined to visit there for my future car servicing.
Just purchased a new car. Friendly service from knowledgeable staff. Proper contactless delivery with ppe protection. Marc, our sales person was great. Recommend to all.

This dealership is excellent - whether sales or service. I have never had any problems, and whilst the cars are great, this dealership is one of the main reasons I will stick with a Hyundai car.
Being local to me is an advantage, plus it is the dealership where I purchased my current car; the service has always been of the highest quality. Having had my car for just over two years, I have had no issues to date; I use this dealership to carry out my servicing and MOT's and have not been disappointed with after sales care. This time it was for MOT only; I was advised of a deteriorating rear wiper and given the option to have it replaced, which I did. Upon collection, post MOT, the replacement had been carried out; the car had also received a full clean, inside and out.
