Have chatted with KBN over the phone and in store a fair few times and I am always astounded by their knowledge and care with regards to their wide variety of animals. I was able to easily purchase two leaf insects and a full setup over the phone and it was delivered to my home with a super helpful care sheet. I source my snake's food here too. 100% trust them.
