Listers is a car dealership which employs excellent staff who you can trust. I have been a Lister’s customer for 10 years, and I have always found their sales, service and administration people very helpful, polite and professional. I wanted to replace my 10-year old Jazz, which I purchased from new from Listers, with a new car under a PCP scheme. I could not have found Stacey the salesman and Josh the retail manager more helpful. They guided me through the various purchase and car options. I changed my mind a couple of times and these were all handled without putting pressure on me to complete the purchase until I was totally happy. Thank you.
Just collected my new Civic Vtec Sport from Listers Honda Coventry. Looks fantastic in the new Obsidian Blue! Really pleased with the colour and car drives like a dream. I went to get my second car at Coventry Honda Listers this January 2020. A much better visit from my last one. I seen Mike who I found very helpful. He listened to my reservations. Having just taken delivery of our new Jazz today, We would like to thank Mike for his excellent Customer Service. From the day we first walked in to take a look at cars, to today, taking the keys, we have received a pleasant, respectful smiling service. He was able to answer any question that we had, he brought the car to our house (so that we could see it would fit down our odd shaped drive), to understanding when we turned up without the V5 of the part ex. We had an excellent experience with Mike at Listers Honda Coventry (with help from Josh as well). We traded in our old Honda for a much newer one, and Mike made the whole process easy and transparent. There was no high pressure, just clear, professional and good-humoured service. Thank you!
