Josh Yarnell has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My initial enquiry regarding the purchase of a new Vito van was dealt with quickly with options offered. Every question asked was dealt with efficiently. The handover on collection was very professional and time was taken to make sure I was happy. Every time I take my vehicle here I have nothing but problems. I was promised a call back today and it didn’t happen. My vehicle is currently on urgent medical supply runs and I needed it back today. Like for like vehicle has never happened and I’m supposed to use a smaller and dirty vehicle for NHS deliveries. Very angry and fed up with this service and not just now in this current pandemic this has been going on for 18 months now
