Was standing in the que waiting to be served for around a minute, a woman that worked at next walked over and logged onto the till, at that point another woman came in the wrong way and walked straight in front of us and said we have a parcel to pick up, feeling abit insulted I confronted the woman and said the que starts this end, there was a minor exchange of words between us, the next worker should of instructed the woman as soon as the situation arrised not leaving it to customers to enforce there rules, no apology or anything. It made me feel bad after for confronting the woman as it was not her fault. Sort your staff out NEXT
