Hi I had one of your technicians ‘Tom Finlan’ come to a call out for my lorry loader crane ‘TMR Transport’ at Birmingham airport yesterday. Would just like to send praise to the young chap. Positive and polite attitude throughout, quickly assessed the problems and talked me through how he would fix it and before you knew it he’d started the task and completed it in record time. Credit to your company ensuring I was able to carry on and complete my job on time.
