Fobbed off when making a complaint about a breakdown insurance issue. Do not buy Peugeot Breakdown insurance as they will leave you stranded on the side of the road for 6 hours plus and will tell you, you don't actually have insurance with them, even though you do. Even if you've paid hundreds of pounds to be covered over the years. The head office response from the complaint didn't even consider what happened and provided a generic response which was part of the problem. I feel totally ripped off and I am disgusted at the greed and incompetance from the company. I will be persusing a satisfactory response from senior managment before dropping this case. To provide clarity we were eventually towed away 6.5 hours later after speaking with Peugeot in Lyon.

Citroen has been keeping my van in its workshop for almost 4 months, I got a brand new van. For 4 months he is not able to provide me with a replacement van, although the warranty states that I have to get the same size or even larger van. Citroen is not able to deliver a spare part, it is constantly explaining that it is lost somewhere. Complete failure

There needs to be a negative button - this is a place that thinks its o.k not to pay its employees when they worked in October and breaches the modern slavery act. The managers have poor attitudes and don't care

Power steering rack went on my 2011 Peugeot 207 1.4 Sportium. A known issue with 2011 207's. Peugeot admitted liability for the rack and have paid for the replacement of this faulty part. However, I have still been forced to pay 140 for diagnostics that took place at Peugeot despite the fact I had diagnostics carried out at an independent garage before stepping foot into Peugeot and I told them exactly what the issue was when I left the car with them. Unbelievable that I have been left out of pocket by 140 for an issue which is completely out of my control. This is a known issue and if you have a 2011/2012 Peugeot 207, watch out, because the steering rack could go at any point. I will never purchase a Peugeot again and I am actively telling everyone I know not to purchase a Peugeot.
