Had their senior technician come out to deal with a flood in our house in the loft, very young but competent individual who was very informative regarding the claim life cycle of a typical claim and could tell he knew a lot of science of water, it’s damages and restoration, he was very technically capable and somehow he managed to point out a lot of faults both related and not related to our flood, he made us feel that we were in good hands from the getgo. This family run Rainbow office were the most helpful and responsive company involved in repairing our home during our claim. I hope we don’t need their services ever again! But if we ever do, I’ll choose these guys without a second thought! Thank you to the team!

Appointment made which was cancelled by the company at the last minute. No new appointment available for weeks! Very apologetic but not at all helpful when you have emptied your room and you are sitting on deck chairs surrounded by boxes. Cannot recommend.
