My nan ordered coal for her open fire and was delivered coal NOT SUITABLE FOR OPEN FIRES the guy emptied it in the coal bunker. We only realised this after he left a bag behind and on the back it says warning not suitable for open fires! The Ash is awful our carbon dioxide alarm keeps going off and new ours are complaining about the smoke we have rang many of times about this issue and they have been nothing but rude and nasty, my nan is in her 80s on a state pension and cannot afford to buy any more so she's sitting in the old with no heating!! You should be ashamed

Been a few times for logs. Great service..on the phone and in the yard. Good price, quality bags and the guy loads the car and is friendly. I would recommend them and enjoy going there (would love a walk around the yard to see the operation and big trucks).

Shocking turned up to get gas oil red diesel for work van generator had my own container was advised that I had to buy their own container that are used at the cost of 23 what a rip-off said if I come back will only charge 18 the next time going to ryton-on-dunsmore can fill it your self and are cheaper

Porretta is a unique experience for purchasing fuel. The drive through is like something out of the thirties and the customer service is from the same era. The fuel is fine and there's a good selection. Just know what you want and don't expect anything other than the odd grunt. And bring cash...
