I wanted to take a moment to give feedback about James and the general experience of buying my new Sportage with Kia Coventry. The whole process has been effortless, James has been absolutely lovely, great communication, supportive and helpful to make it such a seamless transaction. I have a highly pressured job and being able to communicate at my convenience with James has been a breath of fresh air. Great service, oh and it is a lovely car! Smooth easy comfy drive. Cant beat a Kia! Very happy!

James dealt with my purchase of the Niro - plug in hybrid. He was supportive without being pushy, knowledgeable but not showy - a very personable salesperson - not an easy thing to achieve in my view. I was given time to look at a car, drive a car, ask questions that were important to me. I was able to contact him at a different time to ask additional questions. All round, a very positive experience. Very happy with the car too - love being able to do most driving electric and have the back up of petrol for longer journeys without needing to stop and recharge. I found the car quite a different experience, not having driven an automatic before, but it feels second nature now. Good size, good spec. Thanks

PLEASE READ THIS before going to this dealership. A few months ago my gearbox and clutch was replaced by Sutton Park. I had a problem with my clutch recently it was squeaking and getting stiff when hot and this would not happen when cold or if it had a long rest. I explained this and managed to secure a time on the evening to show the problem to the technician before leaving to diagnose the next day .At the end of this I was told that the problem was in the clutch area and they would need the car for a week because the gearbox needed to be removed. As a driving instructor and my inability to work in lockdown this was to say the least an inconvenience. However I booked it in and assumed all would be rectified. To my absolute disbelief I was contacted on the 4th day to be advised there was no problem and nothing had been done. I explained that this is why I had arranged to bring it when warm so it was apparent. Even though I was very annoyed by this I suggested I would come down and drive it and then bring it back to examine yet again. I did that and managed to replicate the fault but because the car had been sitting for 4 days it wasn’t quite as bad but still there. To add insult to injury my car had sustained damage while with them so I asked to speak to the service manager. At this point it got even worse. I have never met a more aggressive rude woman in all my life I was told in no uncertain terms she wasn’t interested and would not accept there was a problem or the damage had been done on their premises even though I was told they pay for a lot of damage that happens in their car park, BE WARNED. So I still have the same problem but an additional one of damage to an otherwise immaculate car I now need to rectify. Needless to say I am annoyed and disgusted by Renault Sutton Park Coventry.
