Synergy Power is an excellent company. Very professional. They carried out a thorough survey for my solar panels and home battery installation and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I have had great post-installation support. I would certainly recommend them.

Making my initial enquiry, I knew I was dealing with a company that actually listened to me as a customer. Taking ownership of a new house with a 4kWp PV system installed I wanted to harness the energy for my own consumption. I was offered an array of different products and choices in a clear quotation for battery storage. Everything was taken care of for me when I opted for the Tesla PowerWall 2, the DNO agreements and physical installation were completed within the agreed time frame. Communication throughout from Kuki has been brilliant and he has always responded to my enquiries on the same day, including Sundays! Never was there any chasing or pressure to purchase, everything was completed at my pace. On the day, a professional installation completed by Ross, disruption was kept to a minimum, all work was discussed and agreed up before work began. All in all, a very happy customer. For the 4 days the PowerWall has been installed, only 1kWh from the grid has been imported, clearly already saving me money! This has genuinely been a stress free experience for me, can't recommend Synergy Power highly enough.
