This is the 2nd car I have purchased from TMS and both times had honest, factual and polite dialogue to conclude the deal remotely. On pick up all the necessary paperwork was completed swiftly maintaining social distancing at all times. In addition to the handover of the keys and general run through of the controls of the vehicle a product specialist called while I was sitting in the car to answer any questions I had. I have just purchased my second Volvo from this dealership and l am pleased to say that standards are as high as when l purchased my first vehicle. The entire team from sales, handover & service are extremely polite & helpful, nothing appears to be too much trouble to meet your needs and detail. We have had many experiences buying cars from Land Rover, Audi, Toyota etc and none come close to TMS customer service. Chris Parkes in sales is a very polite & patient guy and eventually got to where l wanted to be for cost to change from our S90 to a lovely S60 which is a great car and really pleased with. I look forward to to dealing with TMS in the future when l change vehicles again and they will be my first port of call for a Volvo. Thank you all at TMS & keep up the great customer service.
Excellent experience at TMS. They really want your business so will do everything they can to help you along the way, no pushy hard sell just straight forward good service. Dean our salesman was really good from initial enquiry to handover, where our car was unveiled from beneath a black cloth and my wife was given a big bouquet of flowers. We were then shown the car by Lee, who went through the controls with us on the car from front to back very thoroughly, he was amazing, stood under a brolly in the pouring rain for an hour and never complained once. A good positive experience with TMS, thanks a lot
