Awful service. My elderly father with Dementia has them daily and they make him a hot drink and give biscuits. No personal care carried out although it should be and they are gone within 5/10 minutes although they falsify their records and claim to spend 30-45 mins per visit. Have caught them out 3 times in the last week when they claim they are there when in fact I was their and no sign of them. I will be officially reporting them.

Been working with this agency for 3 years now and couldn’t recommend it more! Hard working and excelling management and the owner Kamran is very dedicated and knowledgeable in his work, staff are also fantastic and trained adequately.
