Vets Now looked after our very poorly cat overnight. The vet kept us up to date as Harry deteriorated throughout the evening for which we were very grateful. When we received the call to say that Harry had passed, the vet was so compassionate and I could tell how much passion he has for his profession. Although we did not receive a happy outcome, we know that Vets Now did everything they possibly could to make sure our boy was pain free and confortable. Thank you ️

Charged almost 400 then charged 16 to be able to claim on the insurance for them to complete the forms - what a complete farce. Then to be told there were not enough tablets and that our normal vets would be contacted to provide the remainder of tablets that buddy needed. When I contacted broad lane vets to arrange to collect the tablets they knew nothing about it. My vets then had to contact the out of hours vets to see what buddy needed. So what exactly was the 400 for?????

Staff were professional and extremely helpful. My cat was treated very quickly, however I was told that as it was an out of hours consultation (7.30pm) the appointment alone would cost 179 which I feel is extortionate.

Very Covid19 safe. Everyone professional and kind. I had a detailed discussion with the vet about my puppy that reassured me. Advice given has worked. Good out-of-hours service.

We recently lost our cat, I phoned vets now for advice for what to do, they were very helpful and friendly. I took my cat into be cremated and the staff were very kind and concerat and I received my cat ashes back in a lovely box and in a lovely bag with a lovely card. Really appreciated the kind words and their kindness at this sad time
