Micky was professional and helpful from the start. He talked me through the process and made sure I was happy with what was happening with my car. Fantastic customer service and such a really pleasant guy. Millie in the reception area was a complete delight and so polite, offering me a cup of coffee while I waited. The waiting area was not a typical garage waiting area, it was clean and tidy and I was able to watch the staff work on my car through the viewing window. All in all a fantastic service and both the staff members that I dealt with are a credit to the business. I would 100% recommend XL to all my family and friends.

Great service from David, Richard, Steve and the technicians who worked to do a perfect rust repair on the lower front wings of my 1975 Lancia Fulvia Coupe. Well documented with photos throughout the process. Also returned the rusty metal that was cut out and the remainder of the repair panels supplied.
