Great shop for art supplies. Staff always keen to help, plenty of variety, and if they don't have it they will try to help with alternatives or order in. They nearly always have special offers available, as long as they're here, I'll shop nowhere else

ANSWER TO YOUR COMMENT Cowling & Wilcox Ltd: WELL I sent more than one email and i can see you have time to answerr my review quicker than to my emails as i steel not recieved an answerr to my email yet i just recieved the answerr to my review 45 minutes ago but not to my email that one im steel waiting for it . Maby yes you are dooing good for smalll family bussines but you might need to see if your employees are dooing because you have other reviewa that says your employees in the shop wher verry bored and i can confirm that as well as i have been in the london shops all 3 of them manny times and the only one where employrees where verry helpful was the pecham sop rest they where sitting in reception and where verry boured

Great at supplies at great prices! Always pay these guys a visit. The staff are super inviting and know all their products. If you're unsure, just ask, they can help no matter the query. And they welcomed our dog, which is a rarity!

Busy Art materiel shop in the centre of Canterbury. Well laid out clean store selling a comprehensive range of materiel for artists, children, and craft workers. Plenty of different ranges of artists paints, mediums ,brushes, supports, sketchbooks etc. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and most importantly very good prices. Look in their window for their latest deals. Great deals for art students as well. If you paint, draw, craft, or engage with art making, give them a visit.

Nice art shop. Carries almost all you could want for various projects in different media. If you're after something specialised then chances are they won't have it but it's worth a shot.

Great shop. I would however echo what a previous reviewer said about feeling like you're being kept a very close eye on. They have possibly had issues with shoplifting but it is pretty uncomfortable.
