Great super helpful staff. On this occasion I had 2 watches needing batteries and a broken glass in the wife's watch. All done promptly and very reasonable too. Thank you.

If I could put a 0 star rating i would!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The bloke who works or owns the place is very rude, I had a gold chain brought into the shop for a quote on some work and all he said was tell your mate to sell it. I am disgusted by this comment. Then when I phone up to ask the reason for why this was said he couldn't even find the back bone to come on the phone and speak to me. I will never use this jewellers again.

I'm so impressed by the service this company provides. They went to great lengths to source parts for an item they were mending for me and took their time to get it right, not rush it out. They kept me informed at all times and despite their extra efforts kept to the quotation that they had given me at the outset. An 'Old School' sense of service that you really don't see anymore. Went into today in the hope they could fix the strap on my tag watch that I had broken playing with the kids. Every shop I had been to previously had said they would have to send to Tag. The chap I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and best of all fixed it there and then at a very reasonable cost couldn't recommended enough

An old fashion jewellers, that's a compliment as it's a back in the day service.. sadly today its a rareity! My great grandparents dealt here, and today in 2019 Mr Edward Cox and his exellent team gives the same quality (we care service) as my grandparents enjoyed back in the 1950s and beyound. We are very lucky in great Yarmouth that this wonderful family jewellers is still trading, i urge you to support them, a local independent business of the highest quality standards.

The lady in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and even gift wrapped them for me. Browny points galore from my partner when I returned home on Friday evening.
