Brilliant guys and company - right in the middle of all the covid19 stuff, ordered from them yesterday pm and turned up in London this morning. Friendly and helpful on the phone.

Ordered coal 8 days ago and was assured it would be delivered on the third day. Received an email saying it would be delivered in the next few days. Day 8 and still waiting. I ran out of coal and had to buy from local garage, very expensive. CPL bought out my local independent merchant and it's been downhill ever since. CPL policy is to deliver within 7 WORKING days, this means it could be 10 days waiting for delivery. I'm going to source an independent merchant that I can talk directly to and Even swing buy and pick up a couple of bags to put me on until delivery.
