We have used this company several times over the past year for business cards and personalised stationary. The advise and service we have experienced has always been speedy, professional and friendly. We were advised on layouts, design and content and when supplied with minimal information and creativity on our part we were impressed and delighted with the ideas and final outcome of our professional stationary. We would certainly use and recommend MSA Print in the future

AVOID!! I'd give zero stars if possible. Was wrongly quoted for a job that I had contacted MSA about. After being slightly sceptical that the price I had been given was correct I emailed to clarify. I was once again told that yes that was the correct price. Continuing with my order i created a purchase order outlining each item and their price, went to MSA and got them to check the order for a third time, which they agreed was correct. A week later (and still no completion) I rang to find out when the job would be completed. At this point Martin specified that the original price given WAS in fact wrong and that they couldn't possibly honour it. In my opinion it would have been good business etiquette to do so, especially given the fact i had asked multiple times about the price being correct. Not only incompetent but also dishonest.
I suggest you update your Internet info. Just drove down and it's shut. Supposed to be open on a Saturday till 2.00p.m. Not a happy bunny.
Just had our wedding invitations printed here to our own design, great and speedy service and very reasonable cost too, would definitely recommend!
