They don't answer phone calls they charge 400 for private hire plate they are one of the worst councils. They got ppl working there who don't know what they are talking about half the time. Total time and money wasters

Very very fussy council but in someways good The few negative i think of are its hard to get a mot and you have to do the mot in there own mot station onsite otherwise the staff that work there are genuinely nice people they go out of their ways to help you the only reason i moved to Birmingham councill is you have take the car for 1,mot which is ok but also another 2interim check so basically 3,mots a year anyway thanks to the sandwell council staff that work on the reception
