Owner came out and measured for 3 roller blinds saying he had his own manufacturing facility and the blinds would be fitted the following week. Fast forward to the following week and no word, I left messages on his mobile , landlines and messenger. Nothing. Then his wife text apologising and could I agree a date for fitment. I agreed the following Tuesday, forward to Tuesday and a text cancelling the appointment. I asked for my deposit to be returned via PayPal... nothing now 24 hours later. A mickey mouse set up who i would advise swerving. Ive booked a more reputable company to fit.
K Blinds gave me a very professional, friendly and efficient service. The blinds are great quality and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
Doesn't answer the phone, sent a text sayin he would contact me....never did. Didn't show for appointment...had to go elsewhere after giving him several chances to come back to me. So disappointed and annoyed.
Aaron came to fit the whole house with venetian blinds today. What a difference they have made to my house. It's lighter now during the day as I had roller blinds before and darkens my room at night. Such a gentleman he is and was such a clean and professional worker, I didn't have to do a thing after he left. Quality blinds and excellent service provided. One very happy customer
