This has the worst drive thru service ever. They never get my order right even when i go over it with them a second time. It would be worth your while driving to Rushmere in craigavon where the service is much better. I will never use lurgan again.

I ordered at the front counter and waited for my food at the collection point and some time had passed and I was keeping an eye out for my order then 20 mins passed and still nothing so i went up with my receipt to ask where my food was and they went and checked then one of the staff said “sorry your order was given to someone else and I’ll make your order now” which was a bit ridiculous in my opinion as I was stood there the whole time watching everyone else’s coming out and none of them matched my order so there was no way mine was given to someone else. So this was very bad experience especially waiting 20 mins for an order they didn’t even make me and then coming up with the excuse that it was given to someone else. I hope something can be done to make this up to me as it was so ridiculous and an excuse as they couldn’t be bothered making my order and plus I didn’t even see my order on their screen so it must of been cleared so no one new to make it. And as u can see the voucher I used was just dropped on the floor

Never had a problem with the food and staff have always been good with kids around the floor.
Was ok tho I found the lay out of the drive thru annoying when you had to pull into the bay to wait for any owing items. You had to reverse back in to the drive thru and other customers were frustrated as you had to break the drive thru flow. Very badly laid out. Wont be coming again of fear of that happening. Other than that mcdonalds food amazing as always.
