I booked my vehicle in for a inspection check and was greeted by a young man who I believe is called Simon at Nissan. He was friendly keeping me updated on the progress of the work on my vehicle offering me refreshments. This can be quite a daunting experience for a lady in a predominantly male environment but I was kept at ease during my visit. This young man is an asset to Shelbourne and definitely deserves a 5. Happy customer
