My partner and I have never been to a session of Bingo before and we pointed this out to the staff, who were very friendly and welcoming. We went on a Friday night, around 6:30pm. It was busy but probably not as busy as what it could have been for a Friday night (our visit was in January...) Despite the other customers waiting to be served a member of staff took time to help us get set up as well as explaining how things worked, and what vouchers we were entitled to use on the night. The whole experience was amazing, and it was made enjoyable by the way the staff made us feel so welcome. They provided very good advice on how things worked. We used the tablet style boards, which track the numbers that have been called out as well as marking them off on your bingo "slip" automatically. Very high tech and excellent! Food and drinks were cheap but we had half price vouchers. Still, the menu is quite inexpensive in any case. For anyone wanting to do something different, give Buzz Bingo at Cramlington a try! I highly recommend it for a night out and you could end up winning a few quid! Thanks to all staff working on Friday 17/01. There are too many names to mention but you were all very helpful and spot on with your service! Thanks for making it such an easy and enjoyable session of Bingo!

Had a fantastic night at Buzz Bingo in Cramlington, between me and my partner we won 350! The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful as we were new members and had never played bingo like this before. Thank you!

Staff very friendly. Good value for money. Easy to get to. Relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed myself (of course I won) lol. Much more enjoyable than any on line bingo. Good luck everyone

We had not been since changing name/ownership whatever. The staff are fab! Service amazing. The building is mega run down. The food..do chips! I saw the rest and no. Not the person in the kitchens fault but deep fried rubbish

Very noisy member of staff kept talking near us and found it was a bit quick missed a few games and couldn't catch-up don't want to sound like a moaner but said to my wife i wounder how many others has been put off coming for the same reason sorry I won't be back and sorry it's not very good feedback as I liked coming
