I have been going to Katie for a Reflexology treatment for well over 10 years possibly nearer 15.I try to go every 5 weeks as I find it balances My whole body out and Katie can always tell If I have a problem somewhere in my body.IE back pain,neck pain,low energy etc. I never seem to get colds not sure if Reflexology is the reason.Anyway I will Continue going to Katie to get my monthly boost.
