I dropped in while on holiday in Norfolk with a brake pad issue and George couldn't have been more helpful. He replaced the missing pin in the pad, changed my pedals over and tuned up the bike for my maiden voyage in cleats. Really knowledgable and helpful - I wish him every success with the new venture.
Just cycled in from Thornham with malfunctioning front mech. Cranks were just shutting but spotted us and re-opened to help us out. George spotted the problem and fixed it in no time! Very knowledgeable and excellent service.
