I started using JEM to do all the fulfilment of orders for the online sale of a charity cookbook I published. They were extremely helpful from the first time I got in touch. We've been selling online for two months and they've been amazing! It was my first time managing any kind of e-commerce or business and they were very understanding in helping me get setup. I spoke to members of the team on the phone and when the books arrived at their warehouse I went and visited. Everyone who works there was so friendly and Bryony, who had helped me throughout, took the time to show me around and explain how everything was going to work. They've been extremely efficient with orders, everything is dispatched super fast and they're very quick to respond to even small requests on order changes etc. It is a massive relief to have found such a competent and friendly company to manage all the online orders.
