We bought a Combi-UC kayak trailer with adjustable length draw bar and lockable lid. Alex couldn't have been more helpful during the ordering process, and was very happy to answer all queries, and accommodate some tweaks to the specification to suit our personal requirements. We are delighted with the quality of the trailer, and it is everything we had hoped for. We bought the trailer before lock-down, so it had to sit waiting at their premises for several months before we could pick it up. The trailer had been well looked after during this period and was in pristine condition on collection. I would recommend Motiv Trailers very highly, and would use again without hesitation.

A fantastic company, went in to Purchase a couple of new wheels and tyres, didn’t have them in stock so went to the effort of removing them from a new trailer they had on display !! Couldn’t have been more helpful, their trailers are very nice quality also ! Would definitely buy again here !!

Waste of our time! Completely false information on advert, followed by a rude response when I called asking them to change the ad the next day. The trailer was nearly twice as old as advertised, it was severely damaged, unusable and had been shoddily repaired, even though on the ad, it said ‘excellent condition, no repairs needed’ The salesman claimed to be unaware of this but as a steel fabricator myself, I can see that it had been bodged very recently. I was willing to come to a deal and fix it myself but was horrified when I called the manufacturer and discovered its true age and how out of date the design was, meaning I could no longer get correct parts.

Bought a new canoe and kayak trailer, mc6pro. Communicated by email throughout the process no problem at all. On arrival for collection a problem was noticed with my tow bar, it was quickly and proffessionaly fixed so I could safely tow the trailer 400 miles home. Recieved excellent tips on trailer care and maintenance prior to setting off. Very happy, recommended to all.
